You're always in control of your data in MeMachine, including any information received via Meta Platform Data when you connect a Meta account. This page explains how to delete it — including the deletion path required by Meta's Platform Terms.
Sign in and go to your account Settings screen from the tab bar.
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and select Delete account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted. This immediately disconnects your Meta account and revokes our access tokens.
Your profile, footage, transcripts, scripts, and Platform Data received via Meta are deleted or irreversibly anonymized within 30 days, except where brief additional retention is required for backups or legal compliance (see our Privacy Policy).
If you only ever talked to the producer on our home page and never signed up, there's nothing to log in to — so this one is done by email. Send us any of the following and we'll find and delete the session:
We delete the stored transcript, the contact details extracted from it, the business summary, and the session record itself, and we ask ElevenLabs — the provider that runs the voice conversation — to remove their copy. Preview conversations that never became an account are deleted automatically within 12 months regardless.
If you can't access your account, or you'd rather not do it in-app, email us and we'll delete it for you.
Include the email address associated with your account. We'll confirm receipt within a few business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Ads already published to your own Meta ad account are not affected by this deletion — since you own that ad account, those ads and their performance data remain under your control in Meta's systems and are governed by Meta's own retention and deletion tools.
If you just want to disconnect Meta without deleting your whole account, do so from Settings → Connected accounts → Disconnect Meta. This immediately revokes our access tokens and stops any further publishing, while keeping your scripts and footage intact for future use.
