Data Deletion Instructions

You're always in control of your data in MeMachine, including any information received via Meta Platform Data when you connect a Meta account. This page explains how to delete it — including the deletion path required by Meta's Platform Terms.

Option 1 — Delete your account in-app

There is no undo, no confirmation email, and no waiting period.

Option 2 — Delete a website producer conversation (no account needed)

If you only ever talked to the producer on our home page and never signed up, there's nothing to log in to — so this one is done by email. Send us any of the following and we'll find and delete the session:

• The name or email address you gave the producer during the conversation
• The approximate date and time you had it, and your rough location or time zone
• The business name you mentioned

We delete the stored transcript, the contact details extracted from it, the business summary, the IP address, and the session record itself. We also delete the copy held by ElevenLabs, the provider that runs the voice conversation.

You do not have to ask. A preview conversation that never became an account is deleted automatically 12 months after it happened — same list, same ElevenLabs deletion, no request needed.

Option 3 — Email request

If you can't access your account, or you'd rather not do it in-app, email us and we'll delete it for you.

Include the email address associated with your account. We'll confirm receipt within a few business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

What gets deleted

• Your account, login credentials, and business profile
• Voice intake recordings and transcripts, including any producer conversation you had on our website before signing up
• Uploaded footage (a-roll and b-roll takes) and any assembled ad files stored by us
• Generated scripts and gap-analysis reports tied to your account
• Leads, bookings, and any calendar connection created through pages we host for you
• Meta Platform Data we hold — access tokens, connected Page/ad account/Instagram identifiers — is deleted and the connection revoked
• The copy ElevenLabs holds of your producer conversations, which we delete through their API on the same press

What is kept, and why

• Our billing and cost records, with your account reference removed. They hold what a service call cost us and when — no name, email, transcript, or footage — and we need them for our own accounting.
• Aggregate signals about your industry, with your account reference removed the same way.
• Backups, briefly. Anything caught in a backup taken before your deletion is purged on the next rotation and used for nothing else.

Ads already published to your own Meta ad account are not affected by this deletion — since you own that ad account, those ads and their performance data remain under your control in Meta's systems and are governed by Meta's own retention and deletion tools.

Deleting only your Meta connection

If you just want to disconnect Meta without deleting your whole account, open Settings, find the Meta connection card, and press Disconnect. This immediately revokes our access tokens with Meta and stops any further publishing, while keeping your scripts and footage intact for future use.
