By creating an account or using MeMachine (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
MeMachine guides you through creating Meta ad campaigns starring you or your team: a producer conversation, a competitive read of the Meta Ads Library for your market, script generation, guided filming with a teleprompter, automatic editing, and publishing to a Meta ad account you connect. We provide the tools and workflow; you provide the on-camera performance and final say on what gets published.
Our home page offers a short spoken conversation with an AI producer that anyone can start without an account. It is offered free, as-is, as a preview: it is time-limited, rate-limited per visitor, and we may reduce, suspend, or withdraw it at any time without notice. Nothing said in it forms an agreement, a quote, or a commitment by either of us.
By starting that conversation you consent to your microphone audio being processed and the transcript stored as described in the Privacy Policy, and to us contacting you at any contact details you choose to give the producer. You may ask us to delete the whole thing at any time, with or without an account. Do not use the conversation to submit confidential information, personal data about other people, or payment details — the producer will never ask for card numbers or passwords, and any such request should be treated as illegitimate.
You own the footage you film, the resulting ad creatives, and your business profile data ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and edit Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — generating scripts, cutting your footage, and publishing ads at your direction. We do not use Your Content to train third-party AI models, and we do not license, resell, or repurpose Your Content for any other customer or any marketing of our own without your separate, explicit permission.
You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to appear in and publish the footage you upload (for example, consent from any employee or bystander who appears on camera), and that it complies with applicable law and Meta's advertising policies.
You connect your own Meta Page, ad account, and Instagram handle — we never create, hold, or co-own an ad account on your behalf, and we do not offer consolidated billing across customers. You can disconnect your Meta account at any time; doing so stops new publishing but does not remove ads already live. You remain solely responsible for your ad account's billing relationship with Meta, ad spend, and compliance with Meta's own terms and advertising policies.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Meta independently reviews and approves every ad before it runs, and can reject, limit, or remove ads that violate its policies — that review is outside our control. You are responsible for the final content of any script or ad you choose to film and publish; we provide drafting and editing assistance, not legal or advertising-compliance advice.
The MeMachine software, website, and workflow — apart from Your Content — are our intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active.
The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee any particular ad performance, approval by Meta, lead volume, or revenue outcome — results depend on your market, offer, ad spend, and factors outside our control. Automated editing (cut detection, captions) is produced by AI models and may occasionally require manual review before you publish.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeMachine and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost ad spend, lost profits, or Meta account actions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, with notice where practical.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
